Dr. Ortiz earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Autonomous University of Baja California, Mexico, in 2016. She began her career in private practice, where she developed a strong passion for caring for pets and supporting their families.

She later earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Veterinary Science, where she focused on research and advanced medical knowledge. Although she enjoyed research, her heart ultimately led her back to clinical practice, where she can make a direct difference in the lives of her patients.

In 2026, Dr. Ortiz completed the ECFVG certification process and became licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the United States.

Dr. Ortiz is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care and believes in working closely with pet owners to keep their animals happy and healthy.
